SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $65 and international orders over $100.

All orders are carefully packaged and prepared with intention. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: orders outside the U.S. may incur customs fees.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-10 business days to process your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $65
  • Free Shipping on all International orders over $100

Order Changes

If you need to update your address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via UPS or USPS. 

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

RETURNS

At Ether, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help!

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade jewelry that is inspected to assure customers are satisfied with each piece. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.

If you have any concern with your jewelry pieces, please reach out us using the Contact Us form to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. Your 100% satisfaction is what we strive for. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns for store credit only. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and issue store credit if the return is approved.

Store credit will be sent via email and can be used toward any future Ether Jewelry purchase.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you haven’t received your store credit, please reach out to us at hello@etherjewelry.com so we can help.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Mistakes made by shipping carrier 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
