SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $65 and international orders over $100.
All orders are carefully packaged and prepared with intention. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: orders outside the U.S. may incur customs fees.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-10 business days to process your order.
Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

Order Changes
If you need to update your address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery dates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Ether jewelry. If your piece isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ether Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only and sent to you via email.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you have not received your store credit, please contact hello@etherjewelry.shop
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Us form or at hello@etherjewelry.com before sending your jewelry back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Ether Jewelry. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for exchange packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange the approved exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Ether Jewelry is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by shipping carrier
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
